My deeply nurturing, empathetic heart is balanced with the honesty, directness and playfulness of an Aries Sun. I show up authentically, welcoming you just as you are. Embracing you with profound love, compassion and support, I shine light and curiosity on parts of your body and being that may have been stagnant, shadowed by limiting beliefs or shame. It’s a beautiful journey, yet can be uncomfortable at times. We'll stand together in that discomfort and surf that wave, melting away the judgment, stripping away the masks. 

As an experienced and multi-certified bodyworker and holistic practitioner I continue my own growth and transformative journey by ongoing participation in workshops, actively working with mentors, coaches, therapists, shamans and teachers from all over the World. I’m in the ongoing process of self discovery and healing my own wounds. Every day I’m here doing my own work - that is why I can show up for you in the most raw, authentic way, without sugar coating and spiritual bypassing over the darkness.
