HOLISTIC BODYWORK TRAINING
Level 1. Foundation Training
This course is open to complete beginners, as well as massage therapists, yoga teachers, dancers, bodyworkers, and anyone who already works with or through the body in some way. It is also for those who feel called to work holistically, to support transformation, and to offer healing touch in a grounded, embodied way.
This 7-day immersive bodywork training shares my unique approach rooted in Lomi Lomi Embodied Bodywork, Ayurveda, Thai massage, full body stretching infused with huna principles, somatic awareness, and intentional, loving touch. It’s an intimate, slow, and deeply embodied method of working with the body that goes far beyond routine technique.
You will gain:
• A solid foundation to offer a full body 90-minute massage therapy session with confidence and flow
• Practical skills rooted in Lomi Lomi and somatic presence
• Understanding of body mechanics and injury prevention
• Daily feedback and refinement with real-time guidance
• Support after the training: you’ll have access to online guidance for follow-up questions via telegram group accessible to all alumni
• A deeper connection to your own body, intuition, and presence as a space holder
The course is designed to offer:
• A deep understanding of full-body Lomi Lomi-inspired flow
• Clear technique modules (forearms, under-body, draping, stretching, joint
rotations)
• Body mechanics of a practitioner: how to use your body efficiently, with fluidity
and strength, to avoid injury and work from a place of ease and embodiment
• Energetic foundations (Huna philosophy, holding space, energetic cleansing before/after sessions)
• Emotional and somatic awareness during sessions
• Daily hands-on practice with models and guided feedback
COURSE FORMATS & LOCATION
LOCATION: Cabañal, Valencia - private home studio located 10 min walk from the beach
DURATION: 7 days (approx. 6-7 hours/day)
DATES: To be agreed individually
Investment:
1 person: 1,487.60€ + IVA (21%) = 1,800€ total
2 people: 1,322.31€ + IVA (21%) = 1,600€ total per person
50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the course.
The remaining 50% is due on the first day of training.

Level 2. Advanced Training
Deepening the Practice. Integrating the Work. Living the Transmission.
This training is for practitioners who have completed the Foundation Level with me.
Level 2 is designed as a continuation and deepening of the work you already carry in your body, hands, and presence.
You can join the Advanced Level as soon as one month after completing the Foundation training. This time in between is intentional. It allows you to practice, to integrate, and to notice the questions, challenges, and insights that naturally arise once the work begins to live in your everyday sessions.
Level 2 is where we slow down and go deeper.
We refine your touch, your flow, your confidence, and your understanding of the work. We revisit techniques, transitions, and principles with more precision and subtlety, while also addressing what cannot be learned from repetition alone: presence, discernment, boundaries, and trust in your own way of working.
This level is also a space to ask all the questions that emerged while you were practicing between the trainings. Nothing is too small or too practical. We work directly with what is real for you as a practitioner.
Business, visibility, and creative expression
Level 2 also supports you in bringing this work into the world.
We work with:
client management and boundaries
booking and structuring your sessions
setting up or refining your massage therapy business
social media presence rooted in authenticity and energy
creating content that reflects your work without forcing, performing, or copying others
connecting with online clients in a way that feels honest and sustainable
This part is not an add-on.
It is an integral part of the training.
What you leave with:

Support beyond the training through a 1-hour Zoom call (1:1 or group) two weeks after completion
Certification
Upon completion of Level 2, you receive official certification, confirming a total of over 100 hours of training across Level 1 and Level 2.
This certification reflects your readiness to offer this work with depth, responsibility, and integrity.
This level is about real practice.
Level 2 is for practitioners who have already completed Level 1 and have been working with real bodies, real clients, and real situations.
This training exists because once you start practicing, questions appear. Challenges appear. Doubt appears. Every body responds differently. Every client brings something unique. Level 2 is the space where we work with what actually showed up for you after Level 1.
This level is for practitioners who:
completed Level 1 with me
have been working with real clients
noticed challenges, questions, or uncertainty arise
want to refine their work rather than rush into more techniques
want to feel stable, clear, and grounded in their practice
want support not only on the table, but also in how they share and sustain their work
We work directly with:
real client scenarios you encountered after Level 1
emotional releases and how to meet them safely
different bodies, limits, sensitivities, and nervous systems
You will be introduced to:
more advanced techniques, including lifting techniques, joint mobilisations, and deeper tissue work
deeper refinement of flow and transitions
practitioner body mechanics, maintenance, and injury prevention
energetic and somatic presence, including preparation and hygiene before and after sessions
There is dedicated time for:
Q&A and case discussion based on your real experience
hands-on guidance and correction
integration, not rushing

Upon completion of Level 2, you are officially certified as a Lomi Lomi Embodied Practitioner by Karo Bodywork School, qualified to work with clients within the field of bodywork and somatic practice.

This training is not just about learning massage techniques. It is a commitment to deep self-inquiry, embodied presence, and working with people from a place of integrity. You will learn touch rooted in Hawaiian philosophy and lineage, energetic hygiene, and the art of holding space through movement, hula, and chant. This work changes how you relate to your body, your clients, and your life. I hold this training with great responsibility and care.
