  • Lomi Lomi originates from Hawaii and the wisdom of Polynesian traditions, deeply connected to nature, rhythm, and the body’s innate intelligence. The touch is long, continuous, and wave like, inviting your system to soften and settle. Many people describe it as being held by the ocean itself.

    This is deep relaxation with depth and intention. The flowing movements help melt tension, calm the nervous system, and bring the body into a state where letting go becomes possible. It is not just about muscles, but about restoring harmony between body, breath, and inner rhythm.

Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release Full Body

  • This is a deep, precise bodywork session focused on releasing long held tension in the muscles and fascia. The work is mostly done on dry or almost dry skin, allowing for slow, intentional pressure and clear access into deeper tissue layers. At times, a small amount of shea butter is used only where it genuinely supports the work.

    Myofascial release works with the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles. Over time, fascia can become tight, glued, or restricted, contributing to pain, limited movement, and a feeling of compression or heaviness in the body. Through sustained pressure, stretching, and targeted techniques, space is created within these layers, supporting improved mobility, circulation, and ease.

    This work can feel intense and deeply effective, especially in areas that have been holding for a long time. Many people experience it as a full body reset, often feeling lighter, more open, and more grounded in the days that follow.

My Bodywork Story

As world traveler, I've lived a nomadic lifestyle, soaking in the beauty and diversity of our planet. Every step I took, every person I met, every lesson I learned, added a new layer to my understanding of life. And amidst this whirlwind of exploration, I found myself drawn to the healing arts.

When the pandemic hit and grounded me in one place, I saw it as an opportunity to journey within. That's when I delved deep into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. I went through my own self-healing journey first, working with Ayurvedic doctors, practitioners, and therapists to guide myself back to health and fulfillment.

Then Lomi Lomi found me. From the very first moment when I heard about Lomi, my heart felt the familiarity and a very natural, heart-centered pull, to follow that path. I graduated from Lomi Lomi Integrated intensive 5-month course and continued my education in Hawaii, practiced with different communities and retreats all over the world since then. I keep learning and continuing my growth by always having another program, mentorship, etc. lined up.

Lomi Lomi is not just a bodywork practice. Aloha spirit is within me every day and I show up with it every day on a personal and professional level, happy to share my offerings with you with love.

  • Let's celebrate your body just as it is. There's no need to worry about shaving, getting a manicure, or doing anything special before your massage. I wholeheartedly accept you exactly as you are. Together, let's dissolve any insecurities you may have about your body.

    Here are some helpful tips:

    Stay hydrated.
    Bodywork supports your lymphatic system, so drinking plenty of water before and after the session helps your body process and release more easily.

    Haircare.
    If your massage includes headwork (which it often does), your hair may get a little oily. I recommend avoiding washing your hair the day of your appointment. Please also bring a hair tie (preferably not a clip, as it can be uncomfortable when lying down).

    Avoid strong scents.
    Please skip scented body balms, perfumes, or essential oils before your session. This helps keep the space neutral, grounded, and respectful for both of us.

    Remove makeup and jewelry.
    For your comfort, it’s best to come without makeup or jewelry. If you have a lot of piercings, consider removing them at home, but there will also be time to wash your face or take them off here before we begin.

    Clear your nose.
    Since you’ll be lying face down at times, clearing your sinuses beforehand can help with breathing and relaxation during the session.

    Come sober.
    This is deep, embodied work. To stay fully present, please avoid alcohol or smoking on the day of your massage.

  • The requirements for each offering may involve accessing different parts of your body. After booking the appointment, we'll have a conversation about attire to ensure you get the most out of your experience. Rest assured, your intimate areas will always remain covered during any practice. Your comfort and sense of safety are paramount. I deeply respect your boundaries, adapting the practice to suit your needs.

    Here are some helpful tips:

    1) Bring a hair tie: Having your own hair tie ensures I can access your neck and shoulders effectively.

    2) Wear comfortable clothes and underwear: Choose attire that you feel relaxed in, including underwear that you don't mind getting a bit oily during the session.

  • The nature of each massage offering may require access to specific parts of your body, typically aligned with the therapy’s name and intention. It's important to note that I do not work with sexual energy in any of my practices. Additionally, certain areas such as the groin and breasts are always respected as absolutely off-limits.

    During a full body Lomi Lomi massage, the entire body is typically worked on, including areas like the glutes, buttocks, heart area, and rib cage, while intimate areas remain untouched and always covered. However, your comfort and sense of safety are paramount. If there are any concerns or preferences, adjustments can always be made to ensure you receive the best and safest experience possible. Your well-being and comfort is my top priority.

  • We will start with a short consultation, allowing me to tailor your session to your specific needs. During this time, we'll chat about any injuries or discomfort you're experiencing, places of your body you don’t feel comfortable being touched. It’s time and space for you to voice your boundaries, give room to your potential concerns, questions and insecurities.

    During bodywork sessions, the mind often finds peace and relaxation. Yet, curiosity tends to linger. That's why I offer a dedicated space for you to share and explore any questions or interests you may have about the bodywork practices I provide. Your voice matters, and I'm here to ensure you feel heard and informed every step of the way.

    I provide you with a personal moment to undress and center yourself before we begin the session. Following the practice, I encourage you to take a sacred pause, remaining on the table to harmonize and fully integrate the experience. This allows you to stay within the energy, granting yourself the time to slowly rise, dress, and transition back into your day at your own pace.

  • If possible, I recommend avoiding overbooking yourself after a massage, as you may feel a bit spaced out from the detoxifying effects. Your body might feel sensitive and yearning for some rest and introspection.

    To support your body's natural detox process, it's beneficial to skip alcohol, intense workouts, and busy social gatherings for a few hours post-session. Instead, prioritize quiet time and activities that bring you joy and inner peace. You may find it helpful to journal any insights that arise during the practice, as it offers a deeply connected space for self-reflection. Remember, the energy of bodywork is gentle, so take your time easing back into the pace of daily life to fully reap its benefits. Don't forget to hydrate well to aid in flushing out any released toxins. Your body will appreciate the extra care and attention you give it.

  • Before each session, I'll share with you the type of oil I'll be using. In Lomi Lomi therapies, my go-to is organic coconut oil, while Ayurvedic treatments may involve coconut oil, sesame oil, grape oil, or specific essential oils tailored to your needs. It's essential to let me know about any allergies or scent preferences you have beforehand so that I can ensure your comfort and well-being throughout the session.

  • 1) Pregnancy: In the first trimester, massage is not recommended. However, in the second and third trimesters, certain massages, such as the Lomi Lomi Side Massage designed for pregnant clients, are available.

    2) Contagious illnesses: viruses, bacteria, flu, fever etc.

    3) Substance Influence: Massage sessions cannot be conducted if you are under the influence of substances like drugs, alcohol, or plant medicine.

    4) Physical and Mental Health: Any physical or mental health issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your expectations exceed the scope of my services, I will kindly refer you elsewhere.

    5) Behavior: Respectful and appropriate behavior is essential. I reserve the right to decline access to my services if your behavior is rude or makes me feel unsafe. Mutual understanding and respect are fundamental to our cooperation.

  • The decision largely rests on personal preference. Massage therapy can offer considerable relief during menstruation, aiding in cycle regulation and soothing PMS symptoms. However, if you experience heightened sensitivity to touch or significant discomfort, it may be prudent to reschedule your session for another time. Ultimately, your comfort and well-being are paramount.

  • Even just one session is a precious gift you can give yourself, an opportunity to begin a journey of transformation and deepening your relationship with your body. You're warmly invited to book a single session, explore how it feels, and take it from there. As you integrate regular sessions into your monthly routine, you'll witness the magic unfold.
